Returned Goods:
- All returns require prior authorization. Returns must be authorized by Dental Blue Box within 7 days of date received by the customer.

- Returned products are subject to a 20% restocking fee
- All returned goods must have Return Authorization Number
- All returned goods must be shipped prepaid by customer.
- All authorized returns must be received by Dental Blue Box in original packaging, accessories, documentation and in original condition for credit considerations.
- Products that has been used on a patient, cannot be returned.
- All outbound repair / warranty freight charges are the responsibly of the customer.
- No returns accepted after 14 days.
- Returned items that do not meet our return requirements will be rejected and shipped back to you at your cost.
- Special order items and custom made products are not returnable for credit
- Claims: All claims for merchandise received that are not in accordance with the original purchase order must be made within five (5) working days of the receipt of the merchandise. All merchandise is quality inspected and packaged in perfect condition.
- The common carrier assumes full responsibility for the safe delivery of all merchandise after it is removed from the F.O.B. shipping point. All claims for shortages, loss or damage must be documented and filed promptly with the freight carrier.
- Concealed damage must be reported to the freight carrier immediately upon discovery, with a request for inspection.
- If a request is made more than 15 days after the receipt of the merchandise, reasonable evidence must be submitted indicating that damage could not have occurred after delivery.
- All pricing is subject to change. Verify all pricing prior to placing order.
- All of our products sold are guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for one year from date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. Dental Blue Box will repair or replace any defective part at no charge. Dental Blue Box will not be responsible for labor charges or shipping charges to / from the Dental Blue Box facility. This guarantee does not cover normal wear or stains on surface finish. The guarantee does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse or accidents incurred in shipping and handling. All claims against the freight carrier must be initiated at the time the damaged items are received. The claim is the responsibility of the customer. We are improving our products on a continuous basis. We reserve the right to make modifications without the need for prior notification and are not obliged to modify previously manufactured items. Bulbs and batteries are not covered under any type of warranty.
- All products come with a 1 year warranty.
- If you cancel your purchase for any reason within 7 days from date of receipt, we'll refund your purchase price minus shipping costs and less a 20% re-stocking fee. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us.
- Orders received by 4:30 pm PST are shipped the same day, Monday through Friday if supplies are available.
- There is a 4-6 weeks wait on the dental units as, they are built to order.
- Actual freight charges are applied to shipments outside of the 48 continental states.
- Next Day Air and other shipping services are available upon request.
- Please inspect each shipment immediately upon receipt. Claims can only be considered within three days after receiving merchandise.
- Dental Blue Box will not be accountable for delays in delivery. Delivery dates stated online, in an order, or an acceptance, are only estimates, and in no case will Dental Blue Box be liable for any damages, including, but not limited to, consequential or special damages, arising from or related to any delay in shipment or delivery. You and Dental Blue Box agree that, as to all sales, time is not of the essence.
- Any intellectual property rights of any kind owned, licensed or controlled by Dental Blue Box are expressly retained by Dental Blue Box and remain the sole and exclusive property of Dental Blue Box (or the third party owner). Nothing in this agreement is or will be deemed to transfer to you any intellectual property rights.
